Carom seeds are also known to promote weight loss. The wonder seeds contain an essential oil called thymol, which is an antiseptic and has anti-inflammatory properties. Cut 2 lemons and 1 inch ginger.
Take a pan and add one and half glass of water.
Add lemon and ginger.
Now add 2 cinnamon sticks and 1 teaspoon of carom seeds.
Boil this for 5 to 7 minutes then strain it.
Your drink is ready.
