Fenugreek (methi) seeds
First we flax seeds Flax seeds are a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids are essential for healthy hair growth. They nourish the follicles and hair shafts, making them stronger and less prone to damage. This also ensures that the new growth is strong and healthy. Omega-3 fatty acids help improve hair elasticity.
Next we need kalonji. Often many hair conditions that cause the hair to fall out are due to inflammatory conditions. These may be due to disease, bacteria, fungus, and any of a variety of conditions. The black seed oil works as an anti-inflammatory, and many of the compounds. Iit contains can aid in controlling infections, such as bacterial, viral, and fungal. It’s even beneficial for lice, mite, or parasitic infections.
Next we need Fenugreek (methi) seeds. Fenugreek is truly a wonder spice used in different recipes and also has wonderful benefits.. Methi is rich in medicinal properties.

Next we need coconut oil and olive oil.

Now first grind flaxseeds, kalonji and methi seeds separately. Put a pan on gas and allow it to hot add 100 grams of coconut oil around 50 grams of olive oil.
Now add 2 teaspoon of kalonji 2 teaspoon of flaxseed and 2 teaspoon of methi seed and off the flame let it cool for some time then transfer it in a clean glass container oil is ready for uses.
